Our company has grown to become the country’s leading luxury cruise-only retailer through one simple philosophy – putting you, the customer, first.

It’s not a unique philosophy, we know, but that doesn’t make it any less vital : and more importantly, it works!

Arising from this philosophy, we have three core beliefs. First we believe that it’s not enough to sell you a cruise straight off the shelf : we like to converse with you to help understand your needs and wants, so that we can ensure that we sell you the cruise that is right for you.

Our second core belief is in the critical importance of a personal service. Our team will deliver for you throughout, because they will take your business personally (and so we measure them by quality of service provided, not by number of sales or calls handled). This also explains why we will not sell cruises online : they are not a commodity to be sold like televisions or tomatoes.

Finally we have an absolute commitment to honesty and integrity. Our promise is that our advice is not only expert but also completely impartial – we would rather lose business than send a client on a holiday that we thought was wrong for them.

It’s a sad fact that in in the modern age the notion of ‘putting the customer first’ has become a cliche more often preached than practised. But at Mundy Cruising it’s a way of life – and that’s a (personal) guarantee.
